BoConcept Cape Town is seeking a dynamic and
customer-focused Sales & Design Consultant to join its showroom
team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales
professional with a passion for design, interiors, and
exceptional customer service to represent a globally recognised
furniture brand while building lasting client relationships and
driving sales growth.
Your Responsibilities
Guide and advise customers visiting the showrooms
Successfully close sales opportunities and leads through
a highly client-focused and service-oriented process
Identify and approach new customers through innovative
efforts
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with
customers
Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications
3–5 years of sales or customer service experience
(furniture, design, fashion, or creative industries
preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proven track record in sales; Visual Merchandising
experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and growth-minded, with a strong work
ethic, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Remuneration The position is incentive-driven with a guaranteed base
salary supplemented with commission.
