About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Sales Consultant to manage client relationships and take ownership of bespoke cabinetry orders from quotation through to production.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop strong client relationships.
Quote and process bespoke cabinetry orders.
Ensure technical specifications, dimensions and finishes are accurate.
Manage sales and production-related administration.
Liaise with clients and production throughout the order process.
Process Fast Tracks, extras, amendments and additional orders.
Identify opportunities to grow existing and new customer accounts.
Experience Required
Direct experience in the cabinet, kitchen or furniture manufacturing industry is essential.
Experience in kitchen design and/or manufacturing will be highly advantageous.
The ideal candidate will be technically competent, highly organised, detail-oriented and able to take full ownership of their customer accounts and orders.
Requirements
Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Location & Remuneration Maitland, Cape Town | Hybrid/remote working possible
Remuneration will be based on the candidate’s experience,
technical ability and value brought to the role.
