Responsibilities include:
  • Managing the showroom to provide high level of client experience and maximise profit
  • This includes leading a team of skilled Sales Consultants and building their client base, which includes individuals as well as decorators, designers and corporates
  • Maximising opportunities for growth through various strategies
  • Managing all support functions such as sales admin, stock management and visual merchandising to ensure the showroom processes work smoothly and efficiently
  • Business management to ensure budgets are met, costs controlled and clients needs met
Candidate requirements:
  • Educated to Diploma/ Degree level
  • Proven track record (at least 5-8 years experience) of managing a large team and budgets in the Home interiors industry
  • Tech & finance savvy with high level of communication, problem solving & business acumen
