TABLETOPS FURNITURE is a leading supplier of imported and locally manufactured furniture for the office, contract and hospitality sectors. Due to internal promotion, we have a vacancy at our Johannesburg branch located in Midrand for a SHOWROOM SALES CONSULTANT & INTERNAL SALES ADMINISTRATOR.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Attending to showroom visitors who include designers, trade customers and hospitality industry buyers
  • Handling of telephonic enquiries
  • Processing of quotations
  • Providing back up support to external sales consultants
The following are essential requirements:
  • At least 5 years general work experience of which 2 to 3 years should have been spent in a furniture, decor or furnishing fabric environment
  • A strong commitment to customer service and a passion for furnishings
  • Presentable appearance, good telephone manner and top-class interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy including good working knowledge of Excel

NOTE Our Midrand showroom does not deal with the general public and this position does not require working on Saturdays.
