Sales Leader / Sales Liaison – SHF Cape Town Gallery

SHF is looking for fearless Sales Liaison Consultants who demonstrates a prepared mindset and determined characteristics in dealing with people, and have an innate ability to sell product, whilst enjoying a good interpersonal relationship with clients. They must balance their flair for creativity with logical execution of various leadership tasks, whilst furthering the ethos of SHF.
Key Functions:
  • Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved by providing an exceptional service, using networking skills and building a creditable database;
  • Maintain an expert level of product knowledge using company resources, researching competitor product information and being fully acquainted with new releases;
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times by assisting a customer with any queries, handling any complaints or directing such complaints accordingly;
  • Attend to all necessary administration meticulously and accurately.
Skills and Attributes:
  • A minimum of 2 years referenced sales / sales management experience;
  • A passion for interior décor and design;
  • Experience working in the home décor and quality furniture industry;
  • A strong work ethic, reliable with meticulous attention to detail.
Salary: Market related
