The purpose of
the
Showroom Sales
Coordinator
is to ensure
that the
Showroom
represents the
companies brand
image. A well
experienced and
well-organized
person will need
to provide the
necessary
support to the
team.
This role
reports into the
Regional
Manager. The
Showroom
Sales
Coordinator
will become the
point of
reference for
colleagues and
customers alike,
by keeping
schedules and
providing
feedback,
project
management,
documentation
and information.
The role has the
potential to
grow and develop
as the company
and your skills
grow.
Responsibilities:
Maximise exposure for the Limegreen Sourcing Solutions KZN Showroom within the Region by making contacts with professionals (Designers / Architects).
Internal Sales and showroom Management.
Support brand awareness strategy within the region.
Meet agents to view latest products and design trends.
Establish new professional network base through research and sourcing in the market to understand what the current trends are.
Consult and advise Professionals and Customers on Flooring requirements.
Meet, Greet and host Customers and Professionals at the Limegreen KZN Showroom.
Maintain the upkeep of the Limegreen KZN Showroom by ensuring adequate sales related equipment, material or samples are available.
Provide support to the team through setting up appointments, managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Assist in the preparation and organisation of promotional material or events.
Maintain price lists.
Send through design briefs to our customers.
Work with specifying agents and have insight of the reports.
Work closely with the Regional Manager.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales role (Preferably in the design / flooring / construction industries).
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Design Role.
Sales Experience (Preferably in the design / flooring / construction industries).
Proven track record.
Presentable.
At least 1 year’s administration experience.
Must provide a design portfolio as evidence of their designs.
Good coordination, communication and people Skills.
Positive can do and solutions based attitude.
Must be able to work independently.
Proficient in MS office Applications.
Travel is required in this position:
o 70 - 80% office Based.
o 20 - 30% Local Travel in the region.
