Inovar Floor Sandton was established in 2003 as a flooring company specialising in supply and installations of wood, laminate and vinyl wood flooring and decking solutions.

We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to join a highly successful, hardworking and driven team. Inovar is expanding year on year and is looking for a young dynamic individual to become part of their team and keep moving the business forward.

Responsibilities:
  1. Contacting leads to set up appointments
  2. Measuring of sites and areas in order to quote client, in accordance with the quoting process and approach
  3. Quoting clients, following up on quotes and maintaining service level agreements
  4. Achieving sales targets, as set and agreed, by the Managing Member
  5. Ensuring all administrative and paperwork relating to sales, quotes follow ups in done correctly and on time
  6. Proactively deal with any complaints by contacting the client within 24 Hours and address issues
  7. Ensuring complete knowledge of deals in your sales pipeline, at all times
  8. Assisting the finance team with the collection of outstanding balances as required, and where necessary
  9. Identifying prospective Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, Quantity Surveyors and Developers. Engaging the key persons in these entities and building a relationship based on great service, quality products and trust
  10. Maintaining and contacting with the current database of Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, Quantity Surveyors and Developers.
Communication
  • Ensure all emails/calls are replied to within 24 hours
  • Participate and contribute in business and sales meetings as required
  • Provide pipeline updates to the Sales Manager as to status of all deals.
Necessary Skills and Attributes:
  • Computer Skills
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Be able to work out m2
  • Knowledge of flooring / decking market

Remuneration is a basic of R8000 Gross, plus commission structure,
car allowance of R2000, petrol and cell phone allowance
