We require two full time Showroom Consultants for our upmarket showrooms in Kramerville, Johannesburg and Brooklyn, Pretoria.

Main Duties:
  • Maintain showroom operations by maintaining the set showroom standards, coordinating deliveries, manage stock of cuttings, sample hangers and books etc
  • Build productive relationships with customers by providing advising and selling to customers in the showroom
  • Support field sales by supporting the internal sales consultants
  • Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • National Senior Certificate
  • Certificate or Diploma in Interior Design or related field
  • At least 2 years sales experience in a retail environment
  • Exposure to an interior design environment
  • Experience of coordinating the operational aspects of a shop or outlet is an advantage
  • Own reliable transport
Skills and Knowledge required:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Good with building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Excellent customer service and after sales service
  • Good with selling products and concepts
  • Professional with good business etiquette
