Crema Design


Crema Design is a furniture and lighting importer, with a showroom in Cape Town. We represent 15 European brands and work closely with the architectural and design community to deliver projects across South Africa and internationally.

We require a Marketing and Showroom Co-Ordinator in our Cape Town showroom and head office.

You should be a creative problem solver, able to stand on your own two feet and tackle a wide range of tasks. Love of design is a must (we carry some of the worlds best furniture and lighting). Be organised, thorough and have great people skills.

The Role includes –

Marketing/Administration
  • Assisting with the implementation of various marketing activities
  • Facebook and Instagram posts
  • Press Releases to media
  • Sending marketing material to media contacts
  • Placing of various digital and print advertising
  • Assisting with updating of various tracking tools
  • Organising events in the showroom
  • Co-ordinating our participation in exhibitions.
Showroom Management
  • General management of the space and it’s surrounds; making sure it always looks 100%
  • Assisting the owner with projects related to the showroom and it’s continuous redesign
  • Maintaining the showroom store room
  • Window and general display ideas.
General
  • Working closely with the owner and current sales staff to grow the market in Cape Town and Johannesburg through various marketing and sales driven activities (events, etc).
Requirements:
  • This is a junior position, ideally suited to somebody who’s looking to gain a broad range of experience and willing to work their way up
  • Marketing diploma or similar preferably. Some experience would help
  • Attention to detail, basic Mac computer and excellent communication skills are a must
  • Drivers license.
