Bakos Brothers - This position is an integral part of the company’s overall performance; in terms of image, the shopping experience, perception and brand equity. The individual must be presentable and maintain a professional image at all times. You need to be enthusiastic and confident about our product, while offering exceptional service. The individual needs to obtain a vast understanding of product knowledge and be passionate about the Bakos Brothers brand. The candidate must also be able to work well under pressure. He or she must have good work ethics, be a team player and have above average customer relation skills. It is imperative that the individual possess a high level of integrity and honesty in all dealings with customers, suppliers, colleagues and management.

Key Performance Areas:
  • Perform full function of sales executive to generate income and achieve targets.
  • Effective in add on sales and attend to clients interior design needs.
  • Manage full sales order process.
  • Following up and processing customer deliveries.
  • Resolve client complaints.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service at all times and provide client after sale service.
  • Adherence to ordering, stock and merchandising procedures.
  • Active following up and communication with clients or orders within reasonable time frames.
  • Ensure stock items on the showroom floor have signage, tickets and are correctly priced.
  • Conduct weekly and/or monthly stock counts as requested by the Branch Manager.
  • Maintain superior product knowledge.
  • You may be required to carry out other reasonable and lawful adhoc duties.
  • General housekeeping and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Education, Training and Experience Requirements:
  • Matric.
  • Previous sales experience essential (approximately 5 years).
  • Previous Interior Design experience advantageous although not essential.
Salary - Basic plus commission
