  Store Manager required for Egg Designs store opening in February in Kramerville  
     
  The successful applicant would need to have an understanding of and be able to operate effectively within these areas:  
 
  • Set and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage stock levels; liaise with Durban Head Office.
  • General Administration.
 
  Applicant must:  
 
  • Have good communication skills and confidence to deal with clients.
  • Be process driven.
  • Have Code 08 drivers license.
  • Administration skills and knowledge of accounts.
  • Microsoft Office Skills.
  • AutoCAD skills an advantage.
  • Sales background.
  • Provide excellent customer service and relations: ie: able to assist customers; provide valuable advice on product ranges.
  • Demonstrate a positive, hands-on, can-do attitude and a pro-active ability and be able to work with a certain degree of autonomy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure, manage difficult customers and suppliers efficiently and add value to the shopping experience.
  • Able to manage staff.
  • Good level of fitness and general health required.
  • 5 Years experience in the sales field is essential.
  • Experience in the design sales field is preferential.
 
  Applicant will be required to sign an initial 3 month contract. The applicant will be reviewed after this period and then may be offered a permanent position.

Salary will be dependent on experience and working hours are to be confirmed.
