  Position
You will market our total range of business carpets applicable for the commercial office environment to (inter)national end-users in South Africa. By building relationships with key decision makers like architects, designers, flooring contractors and buyers you will promote and specify our products for installation.

Main responsibilities
• Create annual business plan to fulfil budget and growth targets
• Take responsibility in local planning of (marketing) actions, customer meetings and prescription meetings, promotions, product launches, exhibitions.
• Visit End-users, A&D, Flooring contractors/wholesalers
• Mapping projects
• Full control on SFE (feed system)
• Create a business development plan for the local territory including both customers and architects etc.
• Respond and follow up in price inquiries
• Support the regional team with good behaviour and fresh ideas for success in regional targets and efficient use of available time
• Take responsibility of managing the local claims in the most customer satisfaction way and to minimize the cost to company
• Identify and report trends and evolutions in the market, both on a technical and esthetical focus

Experience, Education and Competences
We are searching for a strong, enthusiastic, decisive and eager sales professional. You will have a proven track record as a sales manager. You are able to recognize opportunities and deal with issues. You speak fluently English and have good presentation skills. You preferably have a Bachelors degree or comparable educational background.
